Dracula: A Radio Play (Trailer)

Evil has come to the seaside town of Whitby. Now four men and two women must come together to stop it.

Every Monday and Wednesday this October, Cruz Flores Presents Dracula: A Radio Play which attempts to counteract a century of pop culture distortion and adaptation decay to return to the fear and menace of the original Bram Stoker classic.

Adhering to the source material reveals themes such as consent, psychological trauma and fear of disease that are more relevant than ever.

Today's episode will be slightly different. I'll be interviewing three of the actors from the play to give three different perspectives. Jason Miles will talk about how he felt coming to Dracula for the first time. Erin Lundquist will talk about how the historical background of Dracula relates to issues today and Lindsay Meagher-Swanson, mental health counselor, will talk about how horror fiction can be therapeutic.
